Furlough Friday Workshops with MAC

Much to our disappointment, public school furloughs have been mandated to begin on Friday, October 23rd, 2009. For parents searching for an engaging, educational activity for their children, this is it!  

Furlough Friday Workshops will focus on various mediums, different artists and the techniques they mastered.  All lessons are created using the national and Hawaii educational standards as their focus.  At the end of each class students will take home a completed project and new Fine Arts understanding.  This is the perfect alternative to an entire day spent watching TV and using MySpace!

Kapaa Class:  Aston Kauai Beach at Makaiwa (Kapaa)

Time:  8:00am to 11:00am

Ages Eligible:  Students Grades Three Through Seven

Class Size:  Maximum of twelve Students per Workshop

Fee:  $50 per Workshop (Includes all Needed Supplies)
